Introduction

Toplink Envelopes has grown to become the premier envelope print company in the South West. Founded in 1992 as a small cottage industry, situated eight miles south of Bristol in the village of Temple Cloud.

Year on year, we have enjoyed a steady growth in the envelope print and mailing industry, offering a one stop service to you, our customers, for all aspects of your envelope supply, print and mailing requirements.

In 2006 we purchased an 8,500 sq ft industrial unit allowing us to design our own working environment for the foreseeable future. Much of our expansion is attributed to customers who have been trading with us for many years and have themselves grown.

Over the past two years we have invested substantially in new envelope printing and envelope inserting machinery:

• A second Diamond Envelope Press for high speed bulk order envelope printing
• An additional A B Dick short run envelope press, bringing our total to three, each with a dual capability of printing letterheads and mailing flyers
• Added to our existing 5 station and 8 station is a new 9 station Pitney Bowes DL to C4 size envelope inserting machine with full intelligent functions complete with camera, barcode, OMR scanning, and on line multi page folding
• Doubling our laser printing capability with a new 65 page per minute variable data laser printer
• A new Pitney Bowes high speed Ink-Jet envelope Addressing machine
• Other functions we are able to perform include automatic self adhesive labeling, off line folding, guillotining, data preparation and mail sortation.
